The author
Frédéric Baldan is an ex-European lobbyist, specialist in China-EU affairs, first complainant in the criminal case against Ursula von der Leyen and fundamental rights activist. In retaliation for his complaint, he was struck off the register of lobbyists by the Commission services on July 5, 2023.
